The customer service was amazing! My shirt arrived with the design printed incorrectly even though it looked correct on the proof when submitting the order. I filled out the issue form and submitted pictures, and the next day I received an email saying my replacement was in process. They even sent it UPS overnight air so it arrived in time for the event I needed it for!! Absolutely amazing!!

My experience with custom ink has been absolutely amazing, especially with their customer service they were outstanding in all regards but they were especially caring with my problems and helped me as best as they could, I couldn’t recommend custom ink enough.
