It arrived looking exactly how we pictured it. Our logo we sent in was probably not the best quality, but we would never know that looking at the apron. Thank you!

Custom Ink is great - The online editing tool is easy to use and has all the options you'd need to tweak your design, the time to delivery is quick and the product is high quality. Lauren was extremely helpful, even helped me make a few changes live on the phone before going to print. Solid experience all around, the end result looks great and we received the shipment on time.

Custom Ink is a great company. I have had a good experience in the past. It was a combo of the product of the t-shirt and a low res image that made this order sub par.

The overall experience is positive. I uploaded the design as a PDF and in the previews I could see some random characters in place of the text that is in my logo. I contacted customer support through the Chat and they helped review and fix it, they provided feedback on the issue with the file and provided guidance on how I should export it from Canva, yet they helped and fixed on their end while providing a new preview. I ordered it easily and received it a couple of days ahead of time. I shared with the team that I would have liked that the products were packaged inside a bag, not individually just a bag with all the cloths inside, given they are for cleaning and can collect dust quite easily. Other than that, everything was really good.
