I’ve ordered from custom ink several times. Amazing service. They are extremely responsive and helpful, and I love that I can order a group of T-shirts or even just one T-shirt and get the same level of service and quick delivery.

I had issues with my image not being the best for uploading. I reached out to a representative for help, and they assisted me in improving my image, keeping my delivery date the same, and arriving much earlier than promised.

Poor experience - I don't know what happened to Custom Ink. One shirt was printed in the wrong size from what I ordered and two shirts had names and numbers on the back overlapping. I've placed several orders with Custom Ink over the years, without issue. This last order was not good. Quality control seems have dropped. Disappointed in my experience.
