Custom Ink was a pleasure to deal with. After I received the first order, I was so impressed I ordered another shirt. I explained I needed the shirt with the graphic in a hurry and the customer service rep took the time to explain to me the cost for various shipping dates, and went over the order with me twice to make sure everything was correct. I will definitely be ordering from Custom Ink again!

After I had placed my order, I had to make an adjustment right away to the sizes. Jeff was incredibly helpful, and made all the changes needed right away and our order came in perfect! I will use this company again and again! And the prices are wonderfully priced!

On the t-shirts, the front pocket design was printed too far over to the side, making it disappear off the side of the shirt. I wish it had been better centered on the chest.

The overall experience OK. My only complaint is the words on the logo you printed were too small to read on the shirt. This is something you can't tell when designing on your website so I had to rely on your team to size appropriately. I would think that someone producing this would have seen and enlarged; or at least contacted me. I would have enlarged logo size so you could read the words. I have used your company before and this is where you fall short.
