I made some ordering errors. While I was calling to correct, Matt called me & fixed. No one in customer service is proactive. He tried to get me to switch my tee color telling me image would be washed out. He was right! My fault. I’ll reorder!!

The process of from beginning to completion of my order was very simple, I love how fast my order was processed, but, we are missing a shirt and after looking at them they are not printed centered.

Went to this website on the recommendation of my oldest daughter. Opened the chatbox to ask a simple question. The real person I chatted with asked if I had designs in mind. Long story short, in 20 minutes I had my custom designed shirt. If the rest of my life would be so easy.

I will not be ordering from Custom Ink again. The website experience, the shipping, and the material were all satisfactory. However, I was appalled by the quality of the digital printing. For the price I paid, it was enough to convince me this is not a worthwhile service.
