Great site with basically unlimited options. I was able to pick a specific brand and shirt that I was looking for, with a great base color that worked very well with my design. Online designer is intuitive and doesn't require a degree in graphic design. Customer support was great as well. One thing that could be improved is delivery estimates. I chose the slowest shipping option as it had a "delivery by" date that worked well ahead of my event, but several days after the order was placed, I checked back and saw that the delivery date had slipped by a few days. My preference is that the delivery date be the latest possible, so that I can plan accordingly if it will arrive too late. Everything worked out in the end as Custom Ink's support was able to change the delivery address so it would reach me where I was going to be, but for next time, would be helpful to have an estimate that is the absolute latest delivery date.

I like custom ink because if they mess up, they will make it right but it’s just so expensive… we’re talking about tshirts made up from my design. Shouldn’t be like that- especially considering it’s outsourced

I got great customer service in terms of design and the final product exceeded my expectations. The delivery was two days late even though I paid for express shipping, so make sure you allow ample time for delivery.
