The customer service was impeccable and they reached out when they thought there could be a problem with the colors chosen. The shirts are a nice feel and fit, but the print quality was lacking. The black ink bled into the surrounding fabric making it appear low quality. On one of the shirts the black bled so much that the area inside of the "R" was completely black where on other shirts it was not.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Custom Ink and wasn’t sure whether the printing would turn out as well as I hoped. It actually turned out even better—it was perfect! I’m extremely happy with both the quality of the sweatshirt and the quality of the printing. Everything looked sharp, professional, and exactly the way I wanted it. I gave one of the sweatshirts as a gift, and the person I gave it to was absolutely blown away when they saw it. I was just as impressed. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would definitely order from Custom Ink again.
