I enjoyed using their site for design. After sending in design I received a call saying my design was out of printable area, I asked them to change it (obviously), they were super helpful and friendly about that. My only, but extremely important complaint is the women's tee shirt logo was moved way down to be over the breast (obviously Not where you'd want a logo).
