My experience with Custom Ink was PHENOMENAL and especially working with y'alls Local Community Manager Claire Minton. Claire walked me through, several times, a very complex shirt creation and order with a sense of surety and confidence that made me incredibly aware of every step I needed to accomplish and by when and when and how Custom Ink would deliver on their end of the bargain. Hugely satisfied overall and big shoutout to Claire over there who really answered all my questions and helped out immensely.

The embroidery looked rushed. The back of the hat has our URL, which looks very squished! Not happy with the way it was stitched. I trust your embroidery team to give the best advice to match the design we gave but it did not seem that way
