I will never order from Custom Ink ever again! They dont fullfill their promise and the shipment is delayed. They keep saying sorry, but they don't do anything else.This was one of the worst companies I have ever placed an order with. Never again, find another place that do customization. Even Amazon does T-shirts customization now too, at least with their customer support, you'll get an answer rathar than just saying sorry.

I can't say enough about the group ordering process from Custom Ink. It was so easy! I created the style, uploaded it and was able to make all kinds of changes on the website to get it the way I wanted it on the shirts. I was able to pick any styles I wanted for the group and send them a link. Each family picked styles and sizes and paid on their own and I got the final numbers and submitted the order! Five days later, all the shirts arrived and they are wonderful!! The order numbers and sizes were spot on! I would use them again and highly recommend them!!

The process was simple and user friendly! It took me less than 15 minutes to order online, and I was able to get an "expedited" order. The items arrived on time as promised.

This was a process! I originally asked if Custom Ink (CI) could replicate a design that was old and in poor quality. It was faded, fuzzy and lacked definition in the wording and design. I was told that Yes, this could be done. But after emailing the photo, the art dept. told me that it was too difficult to replicate (they kept asking for another picture; I got irritated b/c wouldn't you think I'd sent the best pix in the first place?). Fast forward, they told me to chose a Clip Art that I liked - and they have PLENTY to choose from - and I found the perfect one! I told them exactly how I wanted the words and font to be and they said they'd work on it and in less time than they said it would take, I received it in the mail and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I definitely admire their dedication, persistent and determination to do the best they could and it shows! Mahalo much!!
