I was told via an email exchange with customer service that I would communicate with a layout person prior to printing. I was surprised when the next communication with Custom Ink was a notification that product had been shipped. After receiving the shirts, I would have made some adjustments to the size and placement of the graphics. The shirts are a nice quality as is the printing but the layout could have been better.
