Usually happy with everything this time meh on final product

Very good experience. I had to call customer service wihthin 30 min of placing order and the wee totally helpful. My comment is that the imprint is too low on the back of the shirts. These shirts do have a long tail which is really good but it tucked into pants part of the imprint is below the waist. It should have been a little higher on the back between the shoulder blades. We are not unhappy just a comment for. next time I would ask to proof the location.

The entire process was great and quick. The quality of the printing was great, remember, if you ordered like me where as I supplied my own artwork, the quality of what is sent to you is only as good as the quality of your own artwork.

Our initial order was missing a shirt. We made a second order but did not realize the other shirt was missing until after we ordered, and when I went to ask for a replacement, it said the shirt wouldn’t get here in time. I was excited to find that our missing shirt from the first order was packed into the second order without me even asking about it. Very thankful!
