I think overall I like how quickly I can order promotional items and there are many affordable options available. I think for proof approval they are hard to work with if you have a complicated design and the design you put in the system is more than likely going to change drastically (especially for stitched hats). Also, the customer service team does not have the ability to talk directly with the production team to get things moving quickly (they sent proofs once a day) which is hard if you are on a time crunch and the proofs you are not receiving are to your liking.
