Overall, I had a positive experience with Custom Ink, particularly with the customer service team. They were responsive and made a strong effort to address my concerns and get the final products right. My main frustration was the amount of involvement required on my part to ensure the artwork remained consistent with my original designs. Some of the processed images differed significantly from what I submitted. It seemed there may have been some automated or AI-assisted editing involved, which potentially made production easier but also resulted in designs that were sometimes noticeably detached from the originals. I think there is an opportunity for better quality control in this part of the process so customers don't have to monitor every detail so closely. In the end, however, the team worked hard to resolve the issues, and I was pleased with most of the final results. Their willingness to listen and make things right was greatly appreciated.
