Custom ink was fine. They need to be descriptive on why they cancel your order. Why did it not meet guidelines. I had to call to find out.

Customer service is fantastic.
The color of our logo was definitely off. It is supposed to be red but when you look at the shirt in hand, the logo is a orange. When I approved the proof they looked red & also the description on your website said red. Pretty disappointing because we are stuck with such a large order w/ the wrong color logo.

I like Custom Ink but expected the preview to be closer to reality. The preview showed the color and size to be suitable however that it not what was delivered. I like Custom Ink, maybe I'll be back.
