Printed image has bumps and the beginning of what looks like cracks (near the bumps). Resolution of image looks not very sharp either. Waste of money.

I ran into an issue when first contacting customer care. I had to call because the chat feature was not working on the website. I was ready to place the order but was inquiring about a previously discussed discount code that I wanted to apply to my order before purchasing. When I called I inquired about the discount code and the representative was wiling to apply however, when he went through my order he said it was almost $200.00 more on his end. I mentioned I could hit purchase right now and it would be cheaper. He insisted on having me delete my cart and essentially start over so the price could be higher. This was very confusing and frustrating since I was calling to make order cheaper. I ended up ending the call out of frustration and hit purchase. My order never received the discount code I had previously discussed via chat due to the agent on the phone creating confusion/frustration and attempting to make my order more expensive.
