The response to my order was immediate, and updates as to the progress were provided. The turn-around was fast and the image was true to the original artwork. The problem was the sizing chart for the product—way too small.

My experience with Custom Ink was very positive. I ordered tote bags and was very satisfied with the service, especially the delivery time, which was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I needed the order completed within a short timeframe, and the team responded quickly and efficiently, delivering exactly what I needed on time.
The only area I feel could be improved is the pricing, as I found it a little high. However, overall, the quality of the service, the quick turnaround, and the excellent delivery made it a great experience. I would definitely consider working with Custom Ink again.
