The wood and the printed were very low quality. While I knew I wasn't getting engraving, I almost wished I had gone with a more expensive company and gotten a higher quality product. We bought these to replace tickets for food trucks at our university and I am not sure their lifespan will be much longer than the paper tickets.

As a first time customer, the Design Lab was easy to use, certain options a learning curve. My shirt designs were printed as designed. Also appreciate the no-minimum quantity on a variety of product items. Looking forward to more printing projects.

Custom Ink is terrific! I have been ordering through them for 20 years and have placed dozens of orders. They always go above and beyond, and work with me on special requests. Being able to design right on the computer is such a benefit because you can really see your design before committing to the order to make sure it's just right. And shipping is always fast!! Great for just a single graphic on multiple different colored shirts. Loved that it provided suggestions for additional items to add the graphic to, but would have loved to be able to edit the additional items, such as the sweatshirts, the original graphic would have been to high in the back of a hooded sweatshirt.
