I had two issues: 1. Design. Your designers refuses to accept my design with site-provided fonts. The reason was site interface which required extra clicks to see maximum length of the printable area. Resolved with designers. Let them be aware that the customer has to be told to click properly to understand their refusals. 2. Delivery or Print Quality. Only 21 item out of 100 ordered has acceptable print quality: whether it was rushed printing or delivery mishap is unclear (most probably, printing). Resolved to my total satisfaction: second batch has been perfectly printed. Let Customer Service be aware that they are the face of the company, and they did excellent job resolving the issue. Thank them!
