First time ordering from Custom Ink and I couldn't be happier. Seriously. I don't write a lot of reviews, but in an era of where we order so much online, often taking a leap of faith in quality/service, this company deserves a round of applause and kudos. After ordering, they reached out to me spontaneously complimenting the logo I designed (using their design tool & art) as well as thanking me for being a first responder. Additionally, they shipped earlier than expected and the embroidery looks great.

Custom Ink has an extremely user friendly website and great customer service experience. It was my first time ordering so I wasn't sure how the print would turn out. I think the words could have been more clear if we went larger with them so we are going to try again.
