The hats are okay- wish I ordered a different style, and I'm a little bummed about how the art had to be changed for printing. I wish that the logo could cover more ground especially given the style of hat I did choose. One of my other orders was canceled and although I understand that it didn't fit into the standards of the company, it was a joke for my sister's birthday. I'm not sold on custom ink though will probably give it one more go in the future.

I love custom ink. They work to make sure everything is exactly like you want it! I was really wishy-washy about what I wanted. They worked me through each item! What amazing customer service. And most importantly, the shirts are amazing. Exactly what I was imagining!

The cards came out good. The front was exactly how I wanted it. But the back is a little off. My QR code was supposed to be exactly centered, but it ended up bumped up to the top. I’ll just have accept it as it is. That’s 1000 cards you guys have to reprint. I’m not sure why your team moved the QR code up from the center. It looked good from the proof before I confirmed. Again, I’m not sure what happened on your end. Next time I order, I want to talk to you on the phone before moving forward with anymore printing projects. Just to confirm we are all on the same page.
