My first attempt to obtain help via live chat on the website was not successful. I decided to call and got Luis from Sales Support. He was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me helping me to pick out a tshirt, then worked hard to position the photo I uploaded, take away extra white space so it didn't look like a square, add in missing shoes to make the photo look complete - he was wonderful and I can't say enough how much I appreciated his efforts. I cannot wait to give this gift to my friend. :)
