The clarity was good, but the image is way off center which is very noticeable on the shirt and was supposed to be centered.

Service was great! The design came out wonderfully. The only reason I rated it lower was because a couple of my emails were not responded to and I had to call to follow up. Once I called, I got taken care of immediately.
