The four shirts I ordered were missing the work Aloha on the back....I went a confirmed there were there on the design. I sent a photo in with a case....but haven't heard back.

Custom Ink provided very good service. The printed heat transfers came out clear and true to the images I sent them. The product was delivered and received on time.

We ordered about $1000 worth of tshirts. Nearly all of them had straight back artwork but crooked to extremely crooked back artwork. This is the second time and we won't be ordering from CustomInk again. We could even see how it happened; the left shoulder seam was clamped or folded crookedly, and so however it was crooked was the same amount that the logo was crooked. This is a lot of money to waste on promo items that we can't give away.
