Great experience. I'm thankful for the agent who worked with us in ordering our products and making sure all the details were ready for shipment and beyond. I was rather disappointed with how packaging arrived so more than anything I would just ask maybe folding it and making it look presentable upon opening the boxes.

Dont order the cheapest shirt because you get what you pay for. Also, dont expect their team to fix, adjust anything you design. They do absolutely nothing with it.

Inconsistent service. I’ve ordered before several times and always receive a proof to review and opportunity to make changes. No proof given this time. The image is printed too high on the back of the shirt.

Custom Ink's design lab is easy and intuitive, and it allows for you to really explore your creativity to your heart's desire. The design I came up with as a surprise birthday gift for my brother came out crisp and clear with some mild discoloration on an area where I'd included an actual photo instead of an art graphic, but that's totally understandable since it requires more complex ink mixing/printing, so it's no big thing. The hoodie looks fantastic, and I know my brother will absolutely love it when I give it to him.
