Site is very easy to use.

Overall this is the best website our company has found for creating custom shirts in a timely fashion. Most competitors had a large order minimum or extremely long lead times, and Custom Ink had neither. We were able to design the exact shirts we wanted and got them in plenty of time for our group outing. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to enhance the zoom options on the design page. There is only one option to zoom in, or zoom out, and the zoom-in does not zoom far enough to check fine details. The shirts we made had two pieces of art we lined up so they would connect with each other, but because we could not zoom farther to confirm, we did not know that the two pieces were actually about a millimeter apart. So the final product does not show them touching as was intended. With a more enhanced zoom, we could have verified that while designing. It's not a huge deal, but would have made the shirts even better if we could have zoomed to see the separation and lined it up like we wanted.

Very good overall experience from customer service to quality and speedy shipping.

Items were shipped via UPS. Not sure if this was on customink or UPS but they wouldn't leave package at the business address when it was closed even tho there is a delivery box to receive packages after hours. As a result I didnt get shipment until next day which was a day too late for our original presentation date. I know I didnt select anything during ordering that required a signature for delivery required.
