The designing process was smooth, shipping went smoothly, but I noticed a difference in quality in the printing job. I have an old black hoodie where the printing is really bright. Now, it is more faded. I think you downgraded the printing

I was impressed with the speed of the order. I was a bit disappointed with the execution of the logo print. While I didn’t express the logo to not be heat transfer, it feels like it will come off after the first wash. Which I have to wash it and see if it will hold. Also, the placement of the logo on the back of the shirt is too high. I thought that you guys would have adjusted it for the proper height placement.
