The Sales and customer service over the phone were both great. The printing of ink feels a little desaturated once it's actually printed on the garment. We ordered over 270, but every single one of them had a tiny little printing glitch on one of the alphabets. Nothing serious, but a small little color "scratch" on all of them. Overall I think it turned out alright.
