I brought your beefy shirts because I thought that they would be an honest 'heavy' weight. They are. Don't change this. (Not everyone wants one of those filmy flimsy t-shirts that pass for heavyweight these days.) 5 stars.

The shirts arrived on time, but the quality could have been better. All 12 of my shirts were also shoved into a small bag for shipping, which isn't ideal.

This was my second order with Custom Ink. The design process went well. I needed some help since the white color on the image was being told to be transparent but an agent helped me get that fixed. My only issue is I paid extra for a slightly rushed delivery and the order came a day later than expected. Thankfully it still arrived in time but I would have been incredibly upset if it came after the event I needed it for so that's my only complaint. The lack of assurance when you aren't paying for the top tier rush order option. Both are expensive for last minute designs.

I have ordered with Custom ink for 22 years in a row for the same event. Last year the experience didn’t go great and we had to have our shirts delivered to our participants post event. This year each time I called and got an off shore customer service person it was a complete waste of time because they couldn’t understand what I needed. I used phone calls and chats, uploaded pics that didn’t get delivered and was not given an email to send them to. Assistant, one time I asked for the call to be escalated and was told no. (Maybe they misunderstood) The proofs took forever and I had to continue to explain my needs with the design. Eventually, I got a competent customer service rep, only once escalated. Next year I’ll order from a local shop, I don’t have the time or patience to pay more, and spend so much time on a -t-shirt. Thank you for the years of service , you used to be easy to do business with excellent service with pleasant web tools for design. Would recommend providing a customer service email to customers and a primary contact like you used to.
