This was my first order with custom ink and it went great. I made use of the customer service for some proof corrections and that was excellent. I got the product and it was excellent. I’m really pleased with how this turned out and won’t hesitate to use them again if the price is right

I like the idea of the service, but there should be more options when you load your artwork of how it should print or changes to make to ensure it prints well. It wouldn't allow me to do it with a single color even though the graphic was single color and required black though it was on a black shirt. This created a gradiant print that wasn't necessary and make the front and back colors not match. Also, your design team did not do a good job of verifying the product to match the print and contacting me if there was something that needed to be altered even though it was both in writing during the ordering process & was verified live through the chat when I inquired for confirmation.
