First time working with them. For single unit, no minimum orders, they may be a bit more expensive...but it is SO worth it! Zero headaches, zero hassles. Product showed up looking JUST like I hoped it would. Will be ramping up my orders soon. Can't see any reason to use any other printing service.

I visited several websites in attempting to get our logo mugs printed; Custom Ink was by far the most user friendly! They provided a proof for my review, and my order was produced and shipped earlier than promised! The packaging was amazing...I haven't unpacked all the mugs yet, but I don't anticipate any breakage or damage at all!

One thing that is unique about Custom Ink is that they require the customer to handle emailing approvals from one team to another. You would think they could do that in-house.
