Every step in the design process was efficient and the final product exactly as I had hoped. The delivery process was quirky. UPS sent me a message that it had been delivered (about a week after originally scheduled) but I did not receive it. When I tracked it on UPS I discovered it had been delivered to USPS. The USPS tracking also said it had been delivered. Three days later I actually got a pretty beat up package delivered by our mail carrier. The contents were fine.
