The customer service was good. I had a strange experience with the first customer service rep. She quoted me a price and when I placed my order, it was a little over $100 more than she quoted me. Once I realized the discrepancy I reached out and another rep made it right by crediting my account.

The product arrived at my door ahead of schedule. The prints turned out great. Make sure you choose hi res pictures prior to attempting to make your own design. If it is not hi res, you will be requested to search for one.

I had given a specific time line in every single email I sent (about 10) and they ignored it almost evey time. When they told me that it would not get here on time, they attempted to make me pay $250 for something that I had not done nor had control over, even after being very transparent.
