love the service. past printing was superb. whether it's the shirt or a changed process, the printing is very low quality. Color wrong. This process on this shirt definitely needs a flashplate, which is info that should have been provided. Very thankful I went with a sample and not the full order. That would have been a disaster.

I'm disappointed in the production/lettering transfer on this product. On one of my sweatshirts the lettering on the back either completely came off, or was in the process of coming off in a couple of spots. I spent a lot of money on 14 shirts, and expected better from this company.
