Very pleased with the product. I sent them a low quality picture for a joke t-shirt and they actually improved on it! Delivery was much sooner than expected. I'd recommend and use again.

Everything about this process was easy, from designing the shirt, to setting up a group order, to editing the group order, to receiving the product. Customer service was fantastic and accommodating as well. I have used other custom tshirt ordering sites in the past, but they were not comparable to Custom Ink. I really appreciated the whole experience, and will be repurchasing next school year.

Great customer service! I wasn't sure that my logo would come out clear, since I didn't have a clear GIF file, but with the proof provided, I was able to see and approve the final design. The associate who helped place the order did much of the work for me, and all I had to do was review and provide a few informational items. So easy!
