I overall like to order from Custom Ink. Even though there are times the product I received had problems, Custom ink customer service was excellent and always takes care of me. 98% of the time things go great! I would highly recommend Custom Ink.

They were accommodating and helpful but the communications were all delayed and of my phone calls the first was just understandable with verifications, the rest were so hard to understand. That aside they were trying very hard to help me and things turned out ok

Really loved and needed the ability to come back several times to modify design etc... and to be able to see what adding a few more shirts does to the cost per item as recipients were ultimately paying for them.
