The customer service is bar none. I went on line and chose some shirts and ordered them, but they weren't quite the right fit. I wanted samples so I called, and I hate calling customer service for anything. However, I got right through, she was nice, asked questions about what I didn't like, what I was looking for and showed me some other options I hadn't seen. They catalogue is a little overwhelming, but she knew the products and saved me a lot of time. Also, I could order through her through the follow-up email she sent, and responses to the email were fast. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have had, and I would order again through Custom Ink just because of that.

I like the ease of the website and the online creator. I also felt that the level of communication was good in regard to order progress. Unfortunately, I had one order botched previously which customer service fixed and was able to expedite it top arrive in time. That gave me enough confidence to proceed with this order. Now this order is botched and is not a "repeat" with a different color orange used. I think I am done with Custom Ink.
