Overall I am very pleased. Custom Ink is easy to use, with fast production and shipping, and great quality. Other organizations declined to work with our detailed logo. You printed it with quality and ease! The design tool has some small frustrating elements (such as having to go through all of the fonts individually until I found one that did not produce an error message— in this example it was a small pen with limited printing space). That said, the design tool also is easy to use. I would absolutely order again!

The convenience is great; we can design and order and product is delivered. The unfortunate part is the clear lack of quality oversight. These misprinted t shirts were shipped off without regard for the poor quality. At this time I will not be reordering with custom ink. It would be nice to have the three T shirts of the order we recently recieved that were poorly printed resent.

I did everything on my phone, and it went pretty well overall. I do wish there was a compare tool or a way to find different shirts that might be similar and/or cheaper. It was fairly expensive from what I was thinking it was going to be. The shipping of the white shirts came a lot faster than the colored ones.
