Everything was smooth until I checked in on the progress of our orders, since we placed a large order of about 7 different products, hundreds in quantity of each. Two of the last items I didn't know were still in the printing stages when everything else was shipped and delivered. It wasn't until I contacted customer service myself that I learned there was an issue with printing our logo in more than one or two colors. I never received a notice or message about this. Luckily, they expedited the printing and shipping processes to ensure we met our deadline (as we're showing at a conference). I just wasn't happy with the fact that I wasn't updated about that, and I wonder when I would have been contacted about this issue.
