An error in an email spiraled out of control with the customer service team not listening and taking accountability for their error then not ensuring timely resolution or updates as things went out of stock. The only customer service rep that was actually decent was the last one I spoke with to cancel the order. We will never order from Custom Ink again.

I've ordered from Custom Ink many times and have rarely been disappointed with their artistry. The way this company works, you create the artwork, but their artists still have to make a lot of decisions to make your design come out the way you want. Overall, they do a great job! Unfortunately, this particular shirt (the District Women's Perfect Weight V-Neck T-shirt) runs pretty small. I ordered a medium, and I actually measured the size I wanted, according to their sizing directions. It looks like I should have ordered a women's large.
