3 of 4 items turned out pretty well. Overall, I had an okay experience this time around. Double check the sizing of your logo/picture before ordering! Talk to a customer service rep before you finalize the order. Tell them the exact size of logo/picture you want on the mug/anything. I wish I could be with the "printer" person before product is made; to give the design a final "okay". I think the sizing of the mug "printing space" is off. The calibrating of that feature needs to be looked at.

My 5th or 6th order from Custom Ink. Overall I am very pleased. We did have one shipment previously that did not come out correctly (back design was too low), but they quickly resolved the issue and had new ones shipped quickly (for free). All the others have been spot on.
