Absolutely terrible and unacceptable product. The logo is printed so cheaply that one day 1 the logo is already peeling away from the sweatshirt. Spending hundreds of dollars on a product that we give to our employees to have this result is insulting. We will refrain from every ordering products here again and we will let the other member companies across our 247 locations know about this as well.

Customer service was great. They sent a follow up email once my design was uploaded to show me how it would look embroidered before starting to make them. Turned out better than expected for a complicated design with multiple colors.

This is my second time receiving an order that included a mix of poor and high quality prints. Felling disappointed because in the past I would have recommended Custom Ink, but now I can't. The customer service is always good, but I wish someone would have checked the quality of my order before shipping.

Unfortunately, after giving Custom Ink multiple chances I do not know if I will be using them again. I really do like the ease of testing the branding on the product on their web site and once the products get delivered, sometimes after having to be corrected they look great, but I had one instance where they printed something upside-down on my product and the replacement order came late and then when I gave them a second chance, after paying extra to get here fast was also late, although it may have been UPS's fault it and they refunded some of my rush order fees, it still came late.

I really like the design platform! It is so easy to use and design apparel. I was only ordering a few items because I wanted to see how they turned out before presenting them to our HOA. While the items turned out to be pretty expensive, (more than anyone would pay in the HOA) I ended up with exactly what I wanted.
