I made the assumption that since I had ordered the same exact Nike Sphere Hat from numerous other websites, I would receive the same hat from CustomInk. Unfortunately, it was significantly smaller and did not have the same quality, look or feel as the same hat available on other websites. If I was to ever order from Custom Ink again, I would need to confirm that the actual product they have is the same as the same product available from other sources.
