I’m genuinely disappointed with this experience. I ordered Comfort Colors shirts expecting accurate, vibrant color reproduction for my brand logo. What I received were shirts where the blues printed noticeably muted and dull, far from the approved design and brand colors. The difference is obvious in person and not acceptable for a premium product. What’s more frustrating is the lack of meaningful customer service after the fact. Rather than proactively offering a clear solution or correction, the process has felt slow, confusing, and overly automated. I’ve had to repeatedly explain the issue instead of being guided toward a proper fix. I understand that printing on pigment-dyed shirts has limitations, that’s exactly why I expected expertise and clear communication from a company that positions itself as a leader in custom apparel. At this point, I’m left with shirts I can’t confidently wear for my brand and a strong sense that quality control and customer care fell short. I expected better from Custom Ink.

I haven't had issues with Custom INk before. When asked if I wanted to print the design the same size across all shirts, I understood that my design would appear slightly smaller. However, a heads up that the design would be roughly the size of a pocket design would've been helpful. Even a proof to show what the design would look like resized. In the online design tool, I didn't get an error message that my design was too big, and it fit within the parameters of both the adult and youth shirt. I don't even want to hand these shirts out from the group order, and I am scrambling trying to figure out how I can refund all of these people their money.

Custom Ink did a fabulous job! Great price, fast, service, and an excellent product!

Custom Ink is makes an accurate, true-to-layout, great fabric shirt. They delivery in a timely manner as well. Will use them as my go to maker in the future!
