I have had multiple designs completed through Customink. I have only ever had one issue which Customer Service was happy to jump in and assist with. They made it right and helped customize my idea.

Overall great experience; out of 50 shirts ordered there were only 2 with noticeable issues. 1 being a huge hole along one side of a shirt where it just didn't get stitched up properly and the 2nd being a noticeable pen mark on another shirt.
