I was nervous. I needed the logo embroidered on the right chest instead of the usual let chest. They assured me it could be done. I received a proof with the logo on the left. So, I asked again. They said they could do it. I got a proof with it on the right side as requested, so I approved it. Every communication after that approval showed the logo on the left, so I was nervous. But when it came, it was correctly embroidered on the right chest. They do good work, but the process made me a little nervous.

I had a frustrating experience with the online design upload process. The website froze multiple times, and at one point my design completely disappeared. I spent several hours trying to resolve the issues and finally thought everything was correct on Saturday night. Since I paid an additional 30% for a rush order and needed the shirts by Thursday, I was concerned when I received a notification from Custom Ink on Tuesday (after the Monday holiday) that my design contained a duplicate image and needed to be fixed. This led to several emails, text messages, and phone calls to get the order corrected. The Custom Ink team worked hard to resolve the issue, deleting the duplicate logo and recreating part of the design. Unfortunately, the recreated logo was not an exact color match to the original. Because of the tight deadline, I approved the revision and moved forward with the order. Despite the stressful process, I am very grateful that the shirts arrived on time for my students to wear at their competition. The customer service team was responsive and ultimately helped make sure we received our order when we needed it. I hope Custom Ink continues improving the reliability of its upload and design system to prevent similar issues in the future.
