We had a complicated design that they did a great job of screen printing. I had some issues with the ordering process but the online chat with Custom Ink did a great job resolving the issue for us.

I gave a lower score for the website experience, because I think the AI interface still needs more work. It's a super helpful tool for those of us without great design skills, but I always have to go through several iterations with the AI prompts. It would be helpful to have some guidance about the key design items you should put into the AI prompt to get the kind of design you are looking for. And some directions on the best ways to tell AI how you want it to be tweaked.
