Custom Ink's trademark team DRASTICALLY overreached in needlessly investigating my rights to use a last name. It was a stupid waste of time, and ended up slowing down the delivery of a gift. Go to your local screen printing or heat press business instead.

Custom Ink takes customer service seriously. Pro tip: if you want to ask for design changes after they have posted your proof, screen capture the proof and mark it up using an image editor. That’s much easier than trying to use text to describe your asks.
