Custom Ink website, customer service, and embroidery quality was great but I am disappointed in the shirt being see through. The white backing to the embroidery looks bad and unprofessional through the white shirt.

The fabric is a mid-weight quality and I am impressed by it. I would say it is heavier than Gildan but lighter than Comfort Colors. If is not the same American Apparel that I wore in middle school (yes, I am a millennial). I really like the boxy fit. It still had some structure in the shoulder which allows it to lay nicely on the body.

Custom Ink does an outstanding job in order placement, provides quick turnaround for logo work or updates and the proof showing logo in colors on the color t-shirt being ordered, and they can do super fast turnaround if required.

I ordered 3 shirts. Very happy with the Next Level Jersey shirt quality. I was 9/10 very happy with two of the shirt prints I received. Would love to order more if I knew they would come printed with that quality. Mainly, the ink being dyed more into the shirt than pressed on is the quality I desired. The "Dale Oreo" shirt feels much more plastic and pressed on than the other two I purchased. Overall still a happy customer but the inconsistency was a little disappointing and would be the only reason I would hesitate to buy more. Very much prefer the image to be dyed into the shirt.
