The customer service representative was very professionable, proficient and friendly and he made my first-time Custom Ink experience an enjoyable one. I cannot attest to the fit of the shirt because it's a gift to someone else, but the quality is definitely there.

The customer service before and after delivery was exceptional. I was disappointed in the quality of the pen I chose.
