Having an on-line order and payment system for group orders is great, product selection is good, ultimate quality is very good. HOWEVER working through the order form setup, submission, and artwork approval, can be fraught with issues and delays. It is frustrating when you can't get in touch with the "inker" (customer service) person to whom you previously talked. On a positive note, when we had a production quality issue with our first order, Custom Ink was quick to rectify the situation and we received replacement products in a timely manner. I will considered ordering from Custom Ink again, but I will explore other options first.
