First time ordered and not last. Fantastic service and easy ordering. Notepads are exactly what I needed and I was just impressed with the overall experience being easy and felt well taken care of as well.

I would like to receive a shipping notification when they were on their way. I called two days before they were supposed to arrive to check on the status of the items and they didn’t say anything about them being on their way. They did state that the tumblers were scheduled to arrive on time. They actually arrived the next day. I received an email one day after they arrived stating that they had shipped. I’m not sure why there was a delay in that email. Overall customer service was great.
